Position title
Patient and Client Support Specialist (Healthcare)

You will be communicating with healthcare professionals and patients so that they can use our health-tech software platform effectively. This position will require a background in and domain knowledge of healthcare.

  • Onboarding of new patients and clients into our health-tech software platform
  • Communicate with patients and clients on patient data
  • Handle patient and client feedback in relation to our health-tech software platform
  • Ensure that patients and clients have a positive experience with MeshBio
  • Document and verify patient and client feedback/requirements
  • Assist patients and clients in effectively using and customizing our health-tech software platform to meet their needs
  • Other tasks and responsibilities related to the development and implementation of our health-tech software platform.
  • Maintain internal SOPs and customer manuals
  • Bachelor's in Life Science, Nursing, Pharmacy, Healthcare, Biomedical Engineering or related fields.
  • 1-2 years of customer-facing experience in the healthcare sector
  • You need to be technically savvy to be able to excel in this role
  • Excellent English skills as this is an international company.
