You will be contacted to confirm a few things about yourself, this call takes 15-20 minutes, prepare yourself. English proficiency is required if you are not confident in your English.
Create your Account
We will submit your cv into our system. This is your account in our system, complete your profile with photo, video introduction and also your availability schedule for interview. If the account is complete, then we will send it to the client.
Interview with Client / User
If you pass the CV screening from a client, our team will contact you to schedule an interview with them. In this process you will be interviewed directly by the client / user.
Coding Test / Assessment
This process will be carried out according to the request of the client. Sometimes there are also those who do not provide this test. This test is usually given 3-5 days to complete.
The Final
Waiting the result after following the entire recruitment process. you will be contacted after the results are out from the client, usually it will take 3 - 5 days for this. Keep your spirit and good luck!
