IT Implementation Engineer
Responsibilities
- Deploy solutions and support sales to help win deals
- Drive the customer discovery process, helping to unearth customers’ business objectives and current pains, and design and develop solutions to address those pain points.
- Deliver value-based demonstrations highlighting our platform’s ecosystem
- Conduct Proof Of Concepts/Pilots where necessary to help customers validate technical requirements
- Contribute to the success of a rapidly changing and growing organization
- Act as a liaison between Product and Sales, funneling customer feedback to help shape the product roadmap
- About 50% of regional travel might be required
Qualifications
- Min Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Software Engineering with 1 - 2 years of working experience
- Familiarity with MongoDB, AWS S3, cloud watch, SFTP, TCP/IP, SMTP, Azure, Google Cloud, Alibaba OSS
- Language: Python, Django, Javascript, HTML, CSS, latex, RESTful APIs,
- Date structure: JSON, HL7, FHIR
- Experience with health IT systems (electronic medical records, laboratory information systems, etc) would be advantageous
- Personality requirements: Driven, client-oriented, independent, and able to function in a dynamic startup environment.
