We are seeking a versatile and dynamic Business Development person to spearhead our online sales and marketing initiatives across multiple company groups. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and managing an online sales front, coordinating with local teams for order fulfillment, and driving sales and marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

Sales & Marketing

  • Utilize experience in marketing, lead generation, and sales to drive business growth.
  • Set up and manage an online sales front for various company groups, ensuring a common setup and platform with different skins and product admin capabilities. Collaborate with the tech team to build and maintain our online sales presence, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Develop and implement an online lead generation funnel, connect with leads, and escalate high-value opportunities to senior managers.
  • Manage and update products, create marketing posts and emails, and analyze data on popular items and demographics to optimize sales performance.

 

Admin and Fulfillment

  • Liaise and manage with local administration teams in Singapore and Jakarta for order fulfillment and arrange shipment pick-up.
  • Track incoming orders and ensure timely fulfillment by local offices.
  • Coordinate freight and last-mile logistics as needed.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in business development, marketing, and sales roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in the AV Equipment sector is required.
