Healthcare Solutions Consultant

The Healthcare Solutions Consultant (“Consultant”) is a key commercial position that is dedicated to delivering the organization's healthcare software solutions to customers and partners. The Consultant is expected to work together with other company functions in meeting customers’ needs.

  • Develop new business opportunities by cold calling health care professionals, identifying business opportunities, following up on leads generated, and increase revenue of the organization.
  • Devise sales strategies and techniques necessary to achieve the sales targets.
  • Achieve sales targets through effective planning and winning customers.
  • Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.
  • Build effective business relationships with our doctors and healthcare partners.
  • Proactively address concerns/ objections as relayed by health care professionals.
  • Ability to develop a deep and thorough technical understanding of the organization's products and promote them accordingly to stakeholders in clinics and hospitals.
  • Understand client’s needs and requirements and provide solutions and services to close sales.
  • Deploying the solution inclusive of overseeing user training and UAT
  • Organize group events, conferences, meetings, etc for healthcare professionals to educate and promote our products.
  • Work with product development and engineering teams to develop product marketing material and literature to support customer engagements.
  • Work closely with Healthcare Solutions Engineer to fulfill customer’s requirements, including product testing.
  • Communicate clients’ needs and requirements and translate them to documentation to aid product development and engineering teams.
  • Aid in translating the organization's commercial strategy for products and services into actionable tasks for product deployment.
  • Develop online and offline marketing and communication materials (website, social media, etc) .
  • Sporadically involved in product UI/UX prototyping by conducting customer surveys and UAT.
  • Min Bachelor's degree in Life/ Biomedical Sciences
  • 3 - 5 years of prior experience, preferably in a commercial role within a healthcare or life sciences company
  • Personality requirements: Driven, client-oriented, great time management skills, organized, independent, and able to function in a dynamic start-up environment, highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, hands-on, pragmatic, and able to work independently when required.
